OPINION: California would create more jobs without Proposition 30

Board of Equalization member George Runner writes in the Sacramento Bee that while California’s economy has improved high taxes are still an obstacle to job creation. Proposition 30 a tax increase passed in 2012 is among the anti-business policies that have given the state the nation’s fifth highest unemployment.
