NEWS: Worries mount as state revenues still sluggish

California is known for imposing more and more taxes on its populace. However, it also seems that it is woefully behind on tax revenue projections. the Central Valley Business Times reports that California is 10 months into the 2016-2017 fiscal year and $1 billion short of revenue projections. Once again, California is spending more than it takes in, placing a larger and larger burden on the taxpayers.
