NEWS: Gov. Brown stays silent on proposed UC tuition hikes

Governor Brown declined to comment on proposed tuition hikes that could impact University of California students if implemented, reports KCRA.  The colleges have proposed increasing tuition 5% annually over the next five years, but many students say the proposal would make higher education more difficult for them to afford.
