NEWS: Auditor rips UC for keeping millions in secret fund
The University of California system has been hiding $175 million in a secret fund. A new audit by the state has revealed that the UC Office of the President would create larger budgets than needed and store the excess money in this fund. SF Gate reports that the audit reveals higher salaries and better job perks, in the UC Office of the President, than is available to other public sector employees.
