A newly released report reviewed over 300 American cities and a dozen of the top 20 most expensive cities, to do business, were in California. Not only that but Los Angeles and San Francisco were two of the top three cities on the list. Many of the problems that land California cities on this list have to do with passing more taxes and regulations.
