California is suffering from a trio of problems, education, infrastructure, and budgetary, and these problems will consume California if not confronted soon. Katy Grimes reports in the Canada Free Press that California is spending more than $2 billion a year in salary on nearly 14,000 public employees and their exorbitant pensions.
