The California High Speed Rail Authority is required to issue regular reports on the status of its project, however the latest document omits numerous key challenges, writes Kathy Hamilton of CalWatchDog.org. Among the omissions were a recently filed lawsuit by CalTrain, the Bay Area’s commuter system, and another lawsuit alleging the project jeopardizes an endangered fox.
