Indicating California labor unions are concerned they may lose a key Supreme Court case currently under consideration, union lobbyists are already promoting legislation intended to strengthen their position. Bills recently introduced include new restrictions on employers’ ability to discuss unions with their staff and new hurdles meant to block conversions of pensions to 401k-style plans, reports the Sacramento Bee.
