Cities across America are beginning to tax streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and HBO GO. The latest city to do so is Pasadena. Starting Jan. 1, anyone living in Pasadena who subscribes to these services will be paying a 9.4% tax for the services. However, some people have questioned the legality of these news taxes.
