The Repeal of the inheritance “death tax” will restore an important taxpayer protection for all California residents.

California politicians love to talk about “equity” and “equality.” Meanwhile, California residents currently pay the highest, combined tax rates and mandatory fees in the country. California residents are also burdened with significant regressive taxes, such as gas taxes, sales taxes, road tolls, taxes on vehicle purchases, and others. (The California legislature has refused to repeal this inheritance tax on multiple occasions.)
High taxes are cited as one of the most important reasons families are moving out of California. And the insatiable, deficit-ridden, “black hole” in Sacramento continues to want more. Now, there’s something we can do to help all California residents.
