Governor Jerry Brown has not waged a full-scale campaign this year because he is expecting a large victory on Election Day, but if he wins, his agenda for his next term could cause new harm to the middle class writes Breitbart California editor Joel B. The high taxes and heavy regulations that are part of the Governor’s policy agenda have made it hard for many Californians to succeed and have driven many to simply leave the state.
