Keynote Speaker is George Runner who is the Vice Chair of the California State Board of Equalization, the only publicly elected tax commission in the United States. He is the Republican member representing the Board’s 1st District.

Joining Runner with an update on taxpayer issues will be Scott Kaufman, Legislative Director and Ryan Cogdill, Attorney, both of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association.

Also, Dennis Mills, Director, CCWD, will be discussing current taxpayer issues.
