CBS Sacramento reports HJTA stands among the top 20 creditors in the Stockton bankruptcy due to a $31.5 million dollar judgement that was to be paid out to Stockton homeowners. HJTA President Jon Coupal responded by saying, “What’s happening in Stockton is really an insult to taxpayers."
