We the people of the state of California have the right to the economical, equitable and efficient use of our tax dollars.

We demand:

Education Reform: Too much money is spent on the bureaucracy, not enough on our children in the classroom.

Budget Reform: Spending is out of control and should be limited to the growth of inflation and population.

Pension Reform: State governments have nearly a half-trillion dollars in unfunded pension liability for which taxpayers are on the hook. Government workers should not be allowed to retire at as young as 50 with pension benefits nearly as high as their full-time salary.

Taxes are already too high.
We, the undersigned, demand reform – not higher taxes.
